Jan LeBeau RDH, BS, in a graduate of West Los Angeles College's School of Dental Hygiene, University of St. Francis, and University of Southern California-Marshall School of Business. Jan has over 30 years of strong and diverse experience in the dental field, including Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Sales Training and Education, Clinical Dental Hygiene and Professional Education.  She has lectured to thousands of dental clinicians on a multitude of topics for many dental organizations, study clubs, major dental meetings, and universities.   She has published articles on a variety of topics ranging from Lasers and Periodontal Disease, to the Hygienists Role in Implant Maintenance, Advanced Dental Technologies, and Effective Communication and is an active member of  the American Dental Hygiene Association.  Additionally, Jan is a Certified Medical Laser Safety Officer (CMLSO) and has areas of expertise include sales training, motivation and management along with team building, mentoring and development.
